Recommendations:

• Use a relief valve set at 200 bar to protect the cylinder circuit.
• Ensure oil cleanliness by using a filter on the cylinder circuit.
• Bleed the circuit by loosening the cylinder fittings slightly before startup.
• Avoid welding on the cylinder tube; dismount the cylinder before welding on the rod or bottom.
• Store cylinders indoors if possible; if stored outdoors, retract the rod or grease it.
• Protect the rod and oil ports during high-pressure cleaning or blasting.
• For double-acting cylinders used as single acting, connect the unused oil port to the tank.
• When dismounting, note that the piston is screwed onto the rod end and fixed with industrial glue; use industrial glue when reassembling.
