Recommendations:
Protect the cylinder circuit with a relief valve set at 200 bar.
Ensure the cleanliness of the oil and prevent contamination by installing a filter in the cylinder circuit.
Bleed the circuit by slightly loosening the cylinder fittings before start-up.
Avoid welding on the cylinder tube. If welding on the rod or bottom is necessary, dismount the cylinder first.
For long-term storage, avoid outdoor storage, retract the rod completely, or grease the rod.
During high-pressure cleaning or blasting, protect the rod and oil ports.
For double-acting cylinders used as single-acting, connect the unused oil port to the tank.
If dismounting the cylinder, note that the piston is screwed onto the rod end and secured with industrial glue. Reapply industrial glue when reassembling.
