Recommendations:

  • Use a relief valve set to 200 bar to protect the cylinder circuit.
  • Ensure oil cleanliness and use a filter on the cylinder circuit to avoid contamination.
  • Bleed the circuit before starting by loosening the fittings slightly.
  • Do not weld on the cylinder tube. If welding on the rod or bottom is necessary, dismount the cylinder first.
  • For long-term storage, avoid outdoor conditions or retract and grease the rod.
  • Protect the rod and oil ports during high-pressure cleaning or blasting.
  • When using the cylinder as single-acting, connect the unused oil port to the tank.
  • During disassembly, note that the piston is screwed onto the rod end with industrial glue, requiring re-application of glue when reassembling.
