Recommendations:

• Protect the cylinder circuit with a relief valve set at 200 bar
• Ensure oil cleanliness and prevent contamination by using a filter in the cylinder circuit
• Bleed the circuit by slightly loosening the cylinder fittings before startup
• Do not weld on the cylinder tube
• Before welding on the rod or bottom, dismount the cylinder
• If storing the cylinders for a long period, avoid outdoor storage; if unavoidable, ensure the rod is fully retracted or greased
• Protect the rod and oil ports during high-pressure cleaning or blasting
• For double-acting cylinders working as single acting, connect the unused oil port to the tank
• When dismounting the cylinder, note that the piston is screwed onto the rod end and fixed with industrial glue; use industrial glue when reassembling
