Recommendations:
Relief Valve: Use a relief valve set at 200 bar to protect the cylinder circuit.
Oil Cleanliness: Ensure the oil is clean and free from contaminants; use a filter on the cylinder circuit.
Bleeding the Circuit: Bleed the circuit by loosening the cylinder fittings slightly before starting.
Avoid Welding: Do not weld on the cylinder tube. If welding on the rod or the bottom is necessary, dismount the cylinder first.
Storage: For long-term storage, avoid outdoor exposure. If unavoidable, retract the rod completely or grease it.
Protection: Protect the rod and oil ports during high-pressure cleaning or blasting.
Single Acting Use: For double-acting cylinders used as single-acting, connect the unused oil port to the tank.
Dismounting: When dismounting, note that the piston is screwed onto the rod end and fixed with industrial glue. Use industrial glue again when reassembling.
